Description
La villa si trova in località SAN MENAIO, che è la frazione turistica del Comune di Vico del Gargano. La villa dista solo 900 metri dal lungomare, l'auto è necessaria perchè al ritorno dal mare circa metà della salita è molto ripida. San Menaio ha il mare molto pulito, una spiaggia molto larga, il mare basso che degrada molto lentamente, tramonti molto belli, è un posto anche circondato da belle pinete. Villa Matassa si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo, pieno di verde, ma non è isolata, poichè intorno ci sono altre ville e case. Questo appartamento ha un'ampia veranda coperta, con vista mare, per godersi il fresco e l'aria aperta. E' collocato al piano centrale della villa, molto vicino al cancello di ingresso ed al giardino, dove si trovano una doccia esterna ed un barbecue in pietra, a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dei vari appartamenti. Questa casa all'interno ha 3 stanze matrimoniali, 2 bagni (di cui uno tutto nuovo, fatto nel 2024, con una doccia molto spaziosa), un salone con angolo cottura a vista con grande frigorifero Bosch ed una lavatrice San Giorgio, un largo corridoio con un letto a castello ed un letto singolo. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma la casa ha i muri in tufo e sopra c'è un altro appartamento al piano attico. Nella villa ci sono anche altri 3 appartamenti da affittare. Il parcheggio si trova di fronte alla villa, per strada, oppure in un terreno a fianco della casa. La strada è asfaltata ed è larga, poichè a doppio senso di marcia. Non è consentito parcheggiare auto e moto dentro la villa, sia per non togliere spazio all'interno che per non danneggiare i nuovi pavimenti esterni, realizzati nel 2024 con materiali di buona qualità. Per ragioni fiscali non si forniscono lenzuola, federe, biancheria da bagno. Sul lungomare di San Menaio ci sono lidi privati, spiaggia libera, market, macellerie e fruttivendoli.
