Description

La villa si trova in località SAN MENAIO, che è la frazione turistica del Comune di Vico del Gargano. La villa dista solo 900 metri dal lungomare, l'auto è necessaria perchè al ritorno dal mare circa metà della salita è molto ripida. San Menaio ha il mare molto pulito, una spiaggia molto larga, il mare basso che degrada molto lentamente, tramonti molto belli, è un posto anche circondato da belle pinete. Villa Matassa si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo, pieno di verde, ma non è isolata, poichè intorno ci sono altre ville e case. Nell'appartamento, che ha un'ampia terrazza con vista sul mare e sulla campagna circostante, c'è una stanza da letto matrimoniale (con letto matrimoniale + letto singolo; poi c'è una zona letto aperta (cioè non chiusa completamente da muri, ad esempio è zona di passaggio se dalla matrimoniale si deve andare in bagno); in questa zona letto aperta c'è un letto matrimoniale; poi c'è un bagno e, dopo aver fatto 3 gradini, si arriva nell'ampia cucina, dotata di tutto il necessario, con lavatrice. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma i muri sono in tufo e sopra c'è un appartamento al piano attico. Nella villa ci sono anche altri 3 appartamenti da affittare. Nel giardino della villa ci sono un grande barbecue in pietra ed una doccia esterna con acqua fredda, a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dei vari appartamenti. Il parcheggio si trova di fronte alla villa, per strada, oppure in un terreno a fianco della casa. La strada è asfaltata ed ed larga, poichè a doppio senso di marcia. Non è consentito parcheggiare auto e moto dentro la villa, sia per non togliere spazio all'interno che per non danneggiare i nuovi pavimenti esterni, realizzati con materiali di buona qualità. Per ragioni fiscali non si forniscono lenzuola, federe, biancheria da bagno. Sul lungomare di San Menaio ci sono lidi privati, spiaggia libera, market, macellerie e fruttivendoli.
