Our lovely apartment 'The Hydrangea House "is fully renovated on the first floor of a small building. The area is very quiet and is situated near the exit of the A1 motorway, the railway station, to 'European Food Authority, the Fiere di Parma and is 3km from the airport. In our apartment you will find a delicious very romantic balcony where you can dine or have dinners by candlelight on summer evenings. The city center, the railway station and the university campus is easily reached by bus no. 7 and n. 2 or with two comfortable bikes that we provide free of charge for our guests. At 150 meters from 'apartment there are two large shopping centers are open on time every day and continued through Sunday. Besides having the normal equipment, it is equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, iron, ironing board, LCD TV, air conditioner, heater and more a satellite decoder to watch foreign programs or if you have the smart card can bring sky to see your favorite channels. For our younger guests we provide a comfortable bed. Ample free parking under free home no blue lines. All that is present in the apartment is available to guests, and we will always be available during if you need us. Near the apartment is a large sports center where you can find indoor and outdoor pool (in summer), tennis courts, football, archery and several rugby fields where they play the famous Zebras.

Response from the owner Rispondo in italiano a questa recensione con grande piacere in quanto sono italiano e vivo in Italia. L'ospite forse non ha compreso che è lui che è venuto in Italia e non si doveva stupire del fatto che parlavo italiano, anche se ho fatto di tutto con il mio traduttore per comunicare con lui(su tripadvisor c'è scritto chiaramente che parlo italiano). Per quanto riguarda il check-in un'ospite corretto deve comunicare prima l'orario d'arrivo non arrivare a sorpresa in qualsiasi momento, per questo ho mandato dei messaggi(senza ottenere risposta) per sapere a che ora sarebbe arrivato per accoglierlo al meglio con l'appartamento climatizzato al punto giusto. Non ho mai e poi mai usato le mie chiavi per entrare nell'appartamento, in quanto per me la privacy è assolutamente fondamentale. Mi dispiace che l'ospite, tutto preso dalle sue fantasiose critiche, non abbia recensito l'appartamento e la visita nella meravigliosa e accogliente Parma. Peccato che grande opportunità si è perso.
