THE RESORT:

This apartment is part of a 124-apartment complex called "Nicki Holiday Resort" spread over 10 buildings all of which are 2 storeys high.

The resort benefits from 2 outdoor fresh water swimming pools, a floodlit tennis court, a fully equipped fitness centre/gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, table tennis, pool tables and video games.

Also on site and adjacent to the main pool is a restaurant serving a sumptuous breakfast , lunch and dinner buffet. The Pool bar serves cocktails, soft drinks and snacks.

As well as the beach that is 5-7 mins walk, a water-sports centre nearby provides facilities for waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing and speedboat hire. For divers, there is a PADI 5* diving centre nearby that will allow you to explore the beautiful diving waters of "Blue Lagoon" easily the best diving location in Cyprus (details on request).

Nicki Resort also offers 24 hour reception, Indoor children's playground, Outdoor children's playground, Conference Room (max: 100 people), Ample parking, Currency exchange, Mini market, Baby sitting (on request), Doctor (on request), Personalised sightseeing tours (on request), Floral service (on request), Secretarial service (on request), Airport transfers (on request)

THE APARTMENT:

Apartment #504 is classified as as a "Superior studio apartment". It measures 33 square metres internally and benefits from having one of the largest balconies in the complex measuring 21 square metres.

This apartment is on the first floor of block "5" which has the added benefit of having a full view of the swimming pool ideal for parents wanting to keep an eye on their children in the pool from the comfort of their apartment.

Internally the apartment has lovely cast iron furnishings (see photos) and comes fully equipped with a twin bed, sofa bed, chest, wardrobe, dinning table and 4 chairs, curtains, mirrors, safe deposit box.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating as well as a fully equipped bathroom equipped with shower (constant hot water), WC, sink, shaving point and cabinet.

The kitchenette comes equipped with electric stove, fridge, kettle, utensils, glassware, cutlery, iron and ironing board, bin.

On the balcony you will find 2 sun-lounges as well as a table and 2 chairs.
