Stunning ground floor air-conditioned apartment in a beautiful complex furnished to an exceptional specification, situated in private grounds with gated entrance, communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis court and allocated parking.
With a ground floor location it takes away the annoyance of stairs when you 'pop' back to the apartment for another cold drink, situated less than 30 seconds from the pool, it is ideally situated.
Recently decorated throughout so now looks as good as new.
Relax in the garden on your own private sunbeds
Wifi is now available at my apartment at a small cost payed locally.
Located in the traditional village of Pyla it is ideal for families with young children or couples looking for a quiet relaxing break. Quiet enough to chill out and close enough to local life for restaurants of all varieties.

The apartment is located on the ground floor giving a grassed garden aswell as a patio area with table and chairs that seats 4 adults. Perfect for sitting in the late afternoon sun.
The shared pool has a shallow end for safety. The sunbeds with waterproof cushions, tables and umbrellas are spaced out around the pool for your use free of charge.
The tennis court has floodlights allowing you to use it once the sun has gone down and its a little cooler.

“Good Value and great quiet location”
The location for me was ideal for me as it was central to the area I was travelling to and from, close to beaches and shop. Apartment was modern with very goods facilities and well equipment. A couple of issues with ants and air-con but these were addressed promptly by the owner to my satisfaction. Bedroom was great and the sofa bed not ideal for adults. Central shared Swimming Pool area was excellent with very clean facilities, I would be happy to re-book.

“Stunning apartment, great location, fabulous holiday!”
From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was just so easy. From Nigel's directions to the apartment, to finding the local taverna, locating the local beach and just getting out and about. An absolutely fabulous two weeks - we'd definitey go back. The apartment itself is about 4 KM inland on a gorgeous complex in a lovely village, great for families, no raucous teenagers to contend with! Everything you need is available - for the first time ever, we came home with clean clothes due to the availability of a washing machine. The owners have thought of everything and it made the holiday a home from home - albeit the weather was so much nicer than the UK!!! A car is essential but we then had the opportunity to drive to the 2-3 gorgeous local beaches, find lovely restaurants and drive to Larnaka. Paphos is a 2 hour drive away but well worth it too. There was nothing about this holiday that we disliked and we'd definitely highly recommend it. A truly great holiday.
