Il est composé d'une entrée, d'une pièce de vie lumineuse (cuisine équipée, salon/salle à manger), d'une suite parentale avec salle d'eau, toilettes séparées. A l'étage, en mezzanine : une grande chambre (1 lit double, 2 lits simples), douche avec toilettes. Un grand plus : garage privé. Plage à 50m. Saint Malo Intra Muros à 15mn à pied, le port des Bas Sablons à 5mn. Tous commerces et bus (accès gare TGV) au pied de l'immeuble. Vue mer du salon. Possibilité 6 couchages. Draps et linge fournis. Forfait ménage compris. 3ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur. Pas d'arrivée après 19h00.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre avis. Ravie que vos vacances se soient bien passées. La literie est neuve mais vous avez peut-être trouvé les matelas un peu trop fermes.
