Description
Manoir du XVIIIème siècle classé Meublé de tourisme 5*, le Domaine du Manoir, maison d'hôtes toute l'année, devient location de vacances l'été et pour les vacances scolaires. Idéale de 4 à 8 personnes, 10 maximum. Piscine privée, tennis, boulodrome.
Lorsque le Manoir est loué, il n'y a pas de chambres d'hôtes ni d'autres activités sur le Domaine, qui est entièrement dédié aux locataires.
Maison sur deux niveaux, grands volumes, plafonds bois à la française, cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, deux salons au rez de chaussée, wc, dressing, salle de massages.
Quatre chambres spacieuses et luxueuses à l'étage, dont une suite parentale avec baignoire d'angle, chacune avec leur salle de bain et sanitaires privatifs.
Grande terrasse plein sud ainsi qu’un patio ombragé pour la lecture et le repos, donnant sur la piscine (16 x 7) avec plage descendante, fosse de plongée, et pool-house. Vue sur les massifs de Chartreuse, du Bugey et la Dent du Chat.
Parc entièrement clos autour de la propriété, parking privé.
Région de lacs, Aiguebelette (15mn), lac naturel à 26° l'été, Aix-les-Bains (30mn), plus grand lac naturel de France, Paladru (30mn), propices à la baignade et aux sports nautiques (ski nautique, kitesurf, paddle, location de bateaux...)
Vacances repos et bien-être, mais également sportives (randonnées, ViaRhôna, Parc Walibi à 5 mn, sports d’eau) ou culturelles (Lyon, Chambéry, Annecy, Genève...)
Châteaux des Ducs de Savoie, Abbaye de Hautecombe, route de Stendhal, monuments historiques…
Nombreux marchés chaque semaine avec produits régionaux. Fromages directs fabricants. Région viticole (Savoie et Bugey) avec dégustations sur les propriétés.
A l'arrivée des locataires, le Manoir est prêt, les lits faits.
Le forfait ménage inclus la présence de la femme de ménage deux matinées par semaine durant le séjour (2 x 2heures le matin à la convenance des vacanciers).
(Il est possible de rajouter des heures de ménage sur demande).
Possibilité de massages sur place (institut), ainsi que coiffure et onglerie...
Possibilité de prévoir des repas à la demande. Baby sitting également disponible.
Nombreux restaurants de qualité et étoilés (1 et 2*) dans la région.
