Waterfoot B2 Apartment is a beautiful, luxurious and spacious three bedroom, ground floor apartment with a spacious terrace that has breathtaking views over Newcastle Bay and the Mourne Mountains. ( NOW WITH FREE WI-FI TOO! )

It is a fully equipped and beautifully presented 4* facility and very much "home from home." The apartment offers a fabulous waterfront setting, with unrestricted views out to sea. It is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and coastal walks, such as Newcastle's new promenade and, of course, is only metres from the beach. This apartment is in the exclusive Waterfoot complex in the centre of Newcastle. Royal County Down Golf Club is only a few minutes walk away. The property comprises of a large open plan living area, a kitchen and dining area, leading out to a spacious terrace( with loungers, patio table and chairs) two double rooms (master has en-suite) (Second double bedroom has no window)and a twin room. The apartment sleeps 2, 4 or 6 people .(Not suitable for 6 adults) ( Better for 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and two children or 2 adults - e-mail and check the size of the group with the owner - this may well affect the cost!. Most privces for short breaks are for 2-4 people, 6 people staying may incur an added cost - just check with the owner) There is a luxury bathroom and tasteful furnishings throughout the entire property. This apartment is new and modern and it offers comfort and relaxation in abundance as well as a superb location. Wonderful for a relaxing break any time of year. Getting around

covered in sunshine - other days they look brooding and menacing as the dark mists swirl. As you drive along main strret the mountains are directly in front - reminds me of Banff in Canada - but on a smaller scale. The mountain and seaside location is fabulous. There are many walks and hikes to suit all abilities and there are now plenty of outdoor pursuit centres that offer all kinds of activities from canoeing to rock climbing. There is always plenty to do. The area is beautiful for a drive or you can leave the car behind - hop on a local bus and travel around the coast to sight-see, shop or discover. There is just so much to do in what is really quite a small area. The apartment is right in the middle of town, close to everything.

Interaction with guest

I, or one of the team, will be available during your stay so there is always someone to ask about the apt details or basically help in any way. Don't be afraid to ask. We offer a very much hands on approach. I will send you details on what to expect and about key collection, housekeeping, arrival and departure details and in the past people have appreciated this, as they feel more organised knowing what exactly to expect when they arrive. I try to be as flexible as possible with our guests within the constraints of running a holiday home. We like our guests to be happy and content in B2 Waterfoot.

How do damage deposits work?

If Fran (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
