Debating between the comfort of your own home and the generosity of Cypriot hospitality? You will get the best of both with this ideal vacation home in Tersefanou only a 15 minute drive away from the moment your airplane touches the ground.

Located just outside Larnaca - known for its palm-lined seafront walkway - our spacious holiday home boasts all the amenities you would expect from a luxurious relaxing vacation home, including a generously sized swimming pool and complimentary Wi-Fi. At the same time, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the traditional stone barbeque to prepare your own 'souvlaki' or 'ofto' or wonder around in the 2.800 m2 orchard and taste the many exotic fruits this wonderful climate has to offer (figs, grapes, oranges or olives). The outside space is ideal for families or groups of friends to get together during the day and night….

The villa is secluded and consists of 3 separate apartments. The apartments are appropriately nick-named "Pentayia", "Monta" and "Armena" after the family roots on the island. Each apartment comes fully furnished (kitchen, washing machine included) and is air-conditioned with 3 queen size beds so it comfortably sleeps 6 persons. It short is offers all the convenience found in a normal home (see the list of amenities below).

Set in many acres of unspoiled terrain it is hard not to appreciate the quality of life in this part of the country. In the evening you can sit back, relax at your veranda and enjoy a sky filled with bright stars.

When you are ready to venture out, Tersefanou is conveniently located from Cyprus' main attractions - with a wealth of beaches to choose from, you're bound to find one that suits your taste! The closest beach to the Villa is 1400 metres south of the complex, visible from the villa's roof garden. Nightly entertainment can be found at Larnaca's 'Mackenzie Beach' (only a 10 mins drive away). Children will have a great time at the nearby waterpark or for something totally different can enjoy themselves at Camel Park in Mazotos. Limassol (45 mins), the island's second largest city, is the centre of the wine industry and a bustling holiday resort. Nicosia (45 mins) combines both old and new, characterised by its old quarter surrounded by a Venetian sandstone fortress wall, beyond which spreads a cosmopolitan city.

“First class villas”

In one word WOW ! We booked all 3 villas for 7 nights last October for all of our family .These wonderful villas are absolutely fantastic and spacious, exactly as the photos showed . They are cleaned to very high standards aswell as very well equipped . The pool area is amazing and regularly cleaned every other day. There are loungers, parasols , sun beds, outdoor eating area a BBQ area and a wonderful roof garden . My initial contact was with Richard who made our booking effortless and hassle free. Richard replied to my emails promptly and was always very happy to hear from us . We were met with a very warm welcome by the owner Mr Savva who I can only describe as the most sincere and friendliest man that we could have wished for. I can NOT find any area within these beautiful villas where improvement is required , they really are the most amazing relaxing and luxurious villas that we are very happy and honoured to recommend. We can not thank you both enough for giving us a wonderful holiday that will never be forgotten. Richard and Mr Savva congratulations on being the very best caring hosts , we can not wait to do it all over again . Maria Connell
