Paradise is available and waiting for you at this beautifully furnished home located on the prestigious Arnold Palmer Private at World Famous PGA West.

The home has its own private waterfall pool and spa (Heating is extra Oct 1 until Mar 31). You and your guest will experience true relaxation throughout this property inside and out. Enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning while watching the next foursome tee it up. This property sits on the 2nd fairway of the prestigious Arnold Palmer Course.

This home is equipped with all the amenities, including a first-class kitchen with everything a professional cook could want. Granite countertops, top of the line appliances, and a custom island for prep work. Have a casual breakfast at the bar top seating for two. Across the kitchen is the wet bar is ready and waiting to make the perfect cocktail. The living room is spacious and has a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and breathtaking views with floor to ceiling windows to the back patio, pool, and course. The large dining table has seating for six.

Enjoy the patio morning, noon, and night. Table and seating for 4 as well as 2 lounge sun chairs. The saltwater pool and spa separate this home from the rest, making it a complete package for your next vacation getaway!

The master bedroom has a king bed along with a comfortable seating area, two chairs, and a pullout couch, where you can curl up with a book or your morning coffee in peace. The pullout couch is a wonderful option for couples with small children or just needing an additional bed for extra guests. The connecting master bath suite provides a five-star experience with double vanity, x-large soaking tub, spa shower, and huge walk-in closet. Each room, including the Casita, is equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi. The guest room has a queen bed. The casita comes with a queen bed and its own full bathroom with a dual entrance (hall and outside). The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. It has a 2 car enclosed garage.

Close by is the Stadium Course clubhouse with full dining, bar, lounge, and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Career Builder Challenge (previously the Humana Challenge/Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.
