Description
The villa is placed in a plot of 4000 sq.m. and it is located at Sivota, in Lefkada island, Greece. The villa consists of 2 floor of approx. 45m2 which are connected with internal staircase.
The first floor contains a kitchen with and a second bathroom which caters to the visitors.
The living room has stunning views from inside of Ithaca and Cephalonia on the southeast and the Harbor on the West. The couch is ideally located to catch the panoramic views from the large windows.
A wooden deck porch leads to a large 6X9 infinity swimming pool. The lawn around the pool is the perfect setting for lounging around, playing and catching some sun.
The villas also have a large flatscreen TV, WiFi, air conditioning and large terraces. The villas include fully equipped kitchens from which you can cook the freshly cut produce while enjoying the view of the sunset, the sea and the islands.
Aktion Airport is located 20 km from the property. An array of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found at a distance of 1 km. Less than 100 meters from the seafront overlooking the entrance and the sailing boats entering and exiting Syvotas Bay

“Peaceful Villa”
If you are looking for somewhere which is peaceful with Amazing views this is the place to stay. The villa is very modern and tastefully decorated. From The infinity pool, which is cleaned regularly, the views are great. Areti and her husband Phillip are very kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. On arrival we found a lovely welcome pack of food, wine and toiletries. I would recommend having a car if you want to visit other parts of the island but we managed without one and walked to the harbour every evening for dinner which only took 20 mins. I would definitely recommend staying at The Dynssty Villas
