Description

Welcome to our new, luxury penthouse spa apartment on attractive location in the center of Split. This beautiful classy apartment for 6 persons is air conditioned + Internet (WiFi) + ADSL + TV SAT (included in price) and with fully equipped kitchen in which every guest will find several types of coffee, tea and domestic aperitives as a welcome gesture. Size of apartment is 100m2, it has balcony which guests can enter from their bedrooms and big beautiful private roof terrace (120m2) with jacuzzi for 6 persons, bar, deckchairs, LCD TV which guests can watch from jacuzzi, dinner table and large comfortable swing chairs. We want our guests to feel like they are in their own home so every guest will get its own bathrobes and slippers , to make roof experience even better. You also don't have to worry about your car, because secured parking place in front of the house is provided for you and also included in price.

Apartment is located only 5-6 minutes of walking to the old town (Diocletian's Palace), 10 minutes of walking to nearest beautiful beaches Bačvice, Ovčice and Firule with entertainment day and night contents, 10-12 minutes of walking to the hospital Firule and tennis courts and only 2 minutes of walking to children's amusement park, supermarket, bakery and bank. This neighborhood is very popular because you are close to the beach, ferry port and bus station and still very close to the old town. In fact, you don't even need a car because everything is very close to you.

My family and I live in the same house (villa) which means we are always available for any request or problem guests can have. We are always ready to help, from finding the right restaurant for you to showing you all the places you are interested in. Besides, we can come and pick you up from airport or drive you to airport for a minimal fee. For any further questions, be free to send me an e-mail on which I will surely reply in a very short time.

NOTICE!: In period from 15.10. to 15.04. apartment is renting without roof terrace and price for longer stays can be arranged.

How do damage deposits work?
