This beautiful luxury villa is situated within its stunning landscaped gardens and has a beautiful 10m x 5m infinity pool offers the ultimate in bathing, relaxation and fun for the family. There is ample parking including an underground garage. Marble flooring throughout the villa. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with a bright and airy lounge, fully equipped luxury Italian kitchen with granite worktops, dining area and marble wc.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace, with pergola which beautifully frames the view to the gardens, pool and sea. Stairs lead down from here to the pool terraces and gardens.
On the first floor there's another 2 large marble ensuite bathrooms one includes a Jacuzzi bath and shower and two double bedrooms with ample fitted storage areas. The real treat is the balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms. It has a patio sofa and chairs. From here you can enjoy views to the crystal clear turquoise sea.

“Amazing week in a great Villa”
We have just returned from an amazing week away in Cyprus at this gated complex Villa. Firstly Joe was so helpful before we arrived answering any and all questions I had and the same continued upon arrival were we met Teresa who showed us how everything worked and pointed out some great local spots. The villa is a brilliant size, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed was great having the private beach! It was also in a great position out of the hustle and bustle but an easy drive to latchi which had great bars and restaurants and plenty of water sports and quad biking!! The villa also benefits from some great views from all the balcony’s! Would highly recommend a stay here!! Thank you again Joe and Teresa ☺️
