At the top of Skopelos Town, “Aquamarine House” is in the ideal location for those wanting convenience to town and amenities close at hand, as well as fabulous uninterrupted views of the bay and Skopelos harbor. Its situation allows for privacy while only a few minutes' walk away -down the cobbled winding stairs- leads you to the backstreets of town. Here you will find hidden restaurants tucked away, intimate bars, quaint little shops and eventually the picturesque waterfront of Skopelos Town.

Parking is always available here and, although on the ring road that skirts the town, noise is not at all an issue at “Aquamarine” while rooms are designed to face towards the harbor and the quiet back garden of the property.

THE HOUSE

This spacious two-bedroom apartment, boasting wonderful views of the harbor and the rooftops of the town, covers the whole upper floor of the property. The care and quality furnishings are evident upon entering the house and the traditional touches add to the wonderful atmosphere that the house offers. The great -although unusual- design makes it perfect for families or couples and the spacious rooms are comfortable for all. Α private parking space is just outside the door.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN / DINING ROOM

The very spacious fully equipped kitchen enjoys fabulous views from the window, through the veranda and down to the harbor. The kitchen is equipped with full sized cooker (only cooking rings), microwave oven and family size fridge with freezer. Other added conveniences are a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. This light and airy space is perfect for preparing holiday meals and it has a large dining table centering the room. A handcrafted Skopelitian sofa sourrounded by traditional local decoratives from the past, and a small TV are in the same area. The back door from the kitchen allows for a cross breeze, and just outside it there is a hanger for drying clothes.

ENCLOSED VERANDA / LIVING ROOM

Certainly covered and over sized veranda of the house is one of its best features. This huge and comfortable space runs the entire length of the building and is where meals and relaxing time will be spent. The most amazing views over the roofs of the village continuing down to the harbor will be enjoyed from this open and wonderful area. This area, with its fabulous views, will make it hard to resist staying in for meals instead of going out.

MASTER BEDROOM

Situated off the hallway of kitchen / dining area, the master bedroom is fully furnished with wardrobe, vanity with mirror and comfortable double bed. It offers French doors leading out to the enclosed veranda / living room.

SECOND BEDROOM

Situated at the back of the house, off the dressing area, the second bedroom is furnished with comfortable twin beds and wardrobe. There is only one window, through the master bedroom, for extra light.

DRESSING AREA AND BATHROOMS

The unusual design of the dressing room is equipped with two separate toilets and a large open area with sink and mirror. In the larger of the two wc rooms is the shower room.

THE PRICES INCLUDE

•Meeting at Skopelos Port uppon your arrival.

•We will pre-arrange a taxi to take you directly to your accommodation.

•We will accompany you to handle keys and show you how things work.

•Bed linen, fresh bath and face towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

•House cleaning mid week. Fresh bath and face towels changed mid week.

•Bed linen changed every seven (7) days.

•Wi-Fi Internet access, water, electricity and taxes.

•We can help to arrange your departure transfer.

2 PEOPLE OCCUPANCY

Please note that for 2 people occupancy (one couple) the master bedroom of the house will be prepared. The second bedroom will remain open, however the beds will not be made for sleeping.

If two people wish to occupy 2 separate bedrooms, the price differs and you should inform us in advance by email.

AVAIALBILITY FOR 10 PERSONS OCCUPANCY

Another possibility is that the "Upper" and "Garden" units may be booked together for larger parties up to 10 persons.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

"Aquamarine" is a two-storey detached house with two spacious and well-appointed apartments -each of them occupying an entire floor of the building- and a private fenced garden hidden at the back of the property.

Totally independent with separate entrances.
