Description
Villa Tica is located on a very beautiful quiet place next to the sea; just 20-25 minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old Town in north-west direction. This area is called Ratac and it is between Slano a pretty small town on five minutes drive north-west and Trsteno Arboretum on five minutes drive south-east from the villa.Villa is surrounded with several Mediterranean gardens, a barbecue place and a beautiful terrace for dinning and sunbathing.
On the ground floor there is an air conditioned spacious sitting and dining room with a fireplace, big sofa which can be made as a bed for two people, satellite TV, CD/DVD with surround sound system, toilet with hot and cold shower and a storage room. This area is connected with kitchen fully equipped with cooker, freezer, dishes mashine, microwave oven, toaster and anything else you may need.
On the first floor there are two elegant air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and another toilet with hot and cold shower and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms has a big terrace with superb views over the sea and Elaphiti islands.
