The inhabitant rents a house of 60 sqm located in the extension of the house with also a view of the plain and towards the sunrise. It includes on the floor: - 1 double bed - 2 single beds - 1 sofa bed - 2 bedside tables - 1 wardrobe - 1 wardrobe - 1 WC - 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, bath and a vacuum cleaner compartment centralized) - 1 washing machine on the ground floor: * an individual entry * 1 WC * fully equipped kitchen - utensils and dishes provided - dishwasher - fridge - oven - gas hobs - wood stove - 1 drawer for recycling * a small living room - sofa and armchair comfort - 1 table (bench chair) - storage units * a west side terrace - garden table - barbecue can be made available * a shared terrace or it is possible to have breakfast lunch quietly * A terrace and side balcony iS Bed linen and towels are provided.
