Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato creando un ambiente particolarmente curato e ricercato, vicinissimo alle terme e con splendida vista lago.
A pochi metri da tutti i servizi (spiaggia attrezzata - bar - ristoranti - supermarket - autobus-motoscafo navetta) e vicino al castello di Sirmione e tutti i parchi tematici (zoo safari, Gardaland, Movieland etc) esistenti nella zona.
L' appartamento è così composto:
ampia cucina abitabile in legno completamente attrezzata (stoviglie, microonde, forno ventilato, tostapane ;
2 camere da letto matrimoniali molto ampie in una delle quali vi è una poltrona letto (totale posti letto 5)
salone con splendida vista lago con dai 6 ai 12 posti a sedere ;
TV 3 D
due ampie terrazze dotate di tavolo e sedie per colazioni pranzi o cene all'esterno;
bagno con vasca e lavatrice;
ampio giardino con recinzione;
posto auto in garage sotterraneo.
Al momento del check in si deve pagare :
