Description

The structure, upstairs, has for its customers two comfortable fully furnished apartments, while on the ground floor there is a large bedroom and a bathroom with independent access to the garden.

Each apartment is equipped with independent entrance, entry phone, heating and air conditioning in the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, wireless internet (on request).

Hospitality, understood as a philosophy of everyday living for guests and for ourselves, immersion in nature, sensitivity and care for the environment are the raison d'etre of our work for sustainable and responsible tourism.

Rooftop photovoltaic panels are approximately 10 KW equal to energy requirements needed for the functioning of the Residence Mille Ulivi. Panels that with the Sun's rays warm 400 litres of domestic hot water for the daily needs of the occupants. LED light in order to save around 50% energy compared with conventional lighting systems, the structure uses a large percentage of light for your indoor and outdoor lighting.
