Beautiful, clean and big apartment, 90 m², in the second floor with completely new furniture, with elevator, just few steps from beautiful sandy beach. With one double, one twin bedroom and two sofa beds (each double places) for 8 total sleeping places. The apartment is in the Francavilla al Mare tourist area, where in the evening there is walking, with many beautiful shops, tourist markets and restaurants.Features: private beach and free beach direct near the apartment, 15min away from Pescara International airport, 10min away from the Pescara central Train station. 5min away from great restaurants and supermarkets! Bus station direct near the house with connection to the airport, to the train station and to the ferry port.Very good restaurants near the apartment. Night life with many disco clubs, bars, pubs and many other thing. Abruzzo mountains just 30 min by car (the highest mountain is Gran Sasso, above 3000 Mt), old medieval citys with many castles around Francavilla al Mare.

“A very nice stay”
I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Everything was in order, new and clean furniture. The surrounding area was very nice as well with many nice bars. I would definitely come back again

“We loved this Francavilla apartment!”
The owners were trustworthy, friendly, professional and genuinely cared for our positive vacationing experience. We traveled with two todlers and adults, all 8 of us slept comfortably and found the home to be clean, beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed, linnens, plates, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and kept to the highest standards. Our hosts were even so concerened with our stay that uppon arrival when we found construction happening on the building (something the hosts had no controll over) they were up front and appologetic and even went out of their way to ask if the workers could keep it down. There is a grocery, coffee bar, beach, bus stop, bank, restaraunt all within 5 min walking. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

“Excellent place, perfect holiday”
Finally I could visit one of the most authentic Italian region, Abruzzo. I have spent perfect days there, thanks for the great apartment, the Italian famous Italian hospitality. The flat was very clean, big and comfortable, the bedroom has a very good style, the kitchen is fully equipped. The flat is just one minute from the beach, and from really nice restaurants, where i could try homemade cheeses and hams, with the famous speciality of the region, the Arrosticini. The place highly recommended for family.
