Description
Lemon Tree Cottage is a charming cottage in the middle of Franschhoek, at a security estate, it has been modernized, but still keeps the old Wineland's feel.
Franschhoek is ringed by mountains, the slopes hosting some of the best Western Cap Vineyards.
This cottage has two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate TV lounge upstairs with two sofa beds for extra guest, both bedrooms have double beds.
Cape Town/ International Airport is a drive of 45 minutes. Property offers central village location, 5 / 10 minutes walk to the finest restaurants or a short drive to the valley's many vineyards. Nice private pool area, garden and perfect braai facility and stunning mountain views. Garage parking for one car plus off street parking for a second car. Ideally placed for access to international standard Pearl valley golf course, beaches, hill walking, tennis courts, vineyard tours with the Franschhoek Wine Tram, day trips to Cape Town, table mountain, shopping (waterfront), whale watching in Hermanus, Shark diving in Gansbay, deep sea fishing, penguin viewing Simonstown, Cape point.

Excellent location, and beautifully maintained. Walk to everything in town. But be sure to make all dinner reservations in advance or eating anything good is next to impossible.
