SummaryWe offer elegant renovated apartment in a very central position next to the cathedral. Placed inside a building, offers absolute quiet and is served with every comfort for an enjoyable stay. Minimum stay 7 nights.The accommodationThe apartment is equipped with heater, air conditioner, TV LED.Sleeping area with a double bed complete with bedding and the possibility of adding an extra single bed on request.Living area comprising a comfortable kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave with grill, toaster and coffee maker.The bathroom has extra large shower, sink, bidet and is equipped with hairdryer and towels. The apartment is equipped with ironing board, iron and drying rack for laundry. Finally has a washer - dryer and for children is available cot, high chair and changing table.Underground parking (fee) is 400 meters from the house (in front of the Museum of the Violin). Paid parking to hours in the immediate vicinity. Free parking spaces about 800 meters in the area Railway Station and Bus Station (about 10 minutes on foot).It is offered free pick-up service by car from the train station or from the car park to the apartment by telephone arrangement. In any case, the check in has to be preceded by a telephone agreement because I do not reside in the same building.They are available for guests maps and tourist information guides of events and artistic attractions in the city and surrounding area.If you want, you can request the use of bicycles to explore every corner of the city or for a romantic ride on the banks of the River Po, 10 minutes away from home.The apartment is located in the center of Cremona next to Piazza del Duomo, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy.Very close to home there are restaurants, bakery, bars and piadineria. Large supermarket 200 meters away from home.Near the places of interest of the town and within easy walking distance: a step away from Piazza del Duomo and the historic streets Mercatello and Solferino, 400 meters from the Museum of the Violin.The city of Cremona is a 1-hour drive or train ride from Milan. Just 20 km away you can visit the famous "Places of Verdi".They are allowed, by prior arrangement little dogs and small cats.smoking is allowed.Check in from 15.00 to 21.00Check out from 7.00 to 11.00

Colgo l'occasione per fare alcune precisazioni: il parcheggio più lontano è a circa 600 metri ma è quello gratuito perchè, a pagamento, ci sono ben due parcheggi custoditi, uno a 200 e uno a 400 metri. Normalmente gli sopiti scelgono quello gratuito anche se un po più lontano : scaricano, col nostro aiuto, i bagagli in casa e poi vengono accompagnati da noi al parcheggio. Per quanto riguarda il palazzo, si tratta di un palazzo caratteristico della centro storico dove i nostri appartamenti affacciano su un cortiletto interno molto grazioso e godono perciò di molta tranquillità. E'in previsione l'installazione dell'ascensore.
