Feel right at home in our modern, comfortable 3BD penthouse with open plan living / dining. Breathtaking city & mountain views, perfectly located in a lovely & central part of town (2 blocks from the Marriott). Super convenient - shops, restaurants, parks all within a few minutes walk or less, 24hr coffee & convenience store opposite. Helpful 24hr building security & doorman. Clean, fully equipped, Wifi & Cable. Friendly welcome guaranteed, late check in no problem. Hope to see you soon! :)

The Space:

The apartment offers everything a modern traveler might need and the building is perfectly located in a lovely and central part of town - yet at the same time manages to avoid some of the noise and annoyances of the tourist hotspots like Mariscal or indeed the old historic center. The views are beautiful and everything is super convenient and walkable - shops, restaurants, freshly roasted coffee, supermarket, parks, public transport. Its all on your doorstep and we provide all guests with a map prior to arrival highlighting where all the main local services are to be found in the immediate area.

Guest Access:

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 5 persons ( master bedroom en suite, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with shared shower room) as well as a separate guest toilet. Built in wardrobes in each bedroom give ample storage space to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. In the basement below the apartment has its own secure parking space for 1 vehicle if required. 24/7 security at the main entrance to the building. The apartment is modern and comfortable, with a central hot water system, broadband wifi throughout & cable English Spanish language TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living / dining area, like all the apartment is very light & airy and has beautiful views of the city and mountains beyond.

Getting around

If you're heading further a field you can take the Trolley Bus (Quito's over land metro service). The nearest station / stop is 100m away from the building entrance and from there goes direct to Quito's Old Town (Centro Historico ) or the other direction to the Olmpic stadium and Qui Centro Mall. As a main road, business & residential area there are taxis passing by the front door constantly and are easily hailed. Uber and Quito's own local version of the car riding service also easily booked, getting around is cheap and won't be a problem.
