Questa CASA Girasoli e' in una posizione fantastica con grandi terrazze e grandi finestre di fronte al mare e si affaccia su una bella baia blu .
La villa è tranquilla e indipendente, sulla costa adriatica in basso Salento a circa km 41 da Gallipoli, 27 km da Otranto, 12 km da Santa Maria di Leuca,. La villa è circondata da una splendida vegetazione mediterranea in una delle zone più belle della Puglia nel Parco Nazionale della costa Otranto-S.Maria di Leuca.
La Villa con piscina privata esclusiva, e' arredata con stile mediterraneo, e' comoda in tutto e offre Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi e TV con collegamento satellitare, aria condizionata. Vi è un ampio soggiorno finestratissimo sul mare con tavolo da pranzo e divani, una camera con letto matrimoniale e un'altra con due letti singoli . La bella cucina a bancone' bar e' completa di tutto il necessario con forno, frigor, freezer, e tutto il necessario per la preparazione dei pasti Il bagno in pietra naturale, con doccia e wc. L'aria condizionata è disponibile.
All'esterno vi e' un bel grande terrazzo con lettini, amache, fontana doccia e barbeque dove e' possibile pranzare guardando il mare.
Per l'auto vi è un parcheggio a disposizione.
Il proprietario della villa, il signor Franco, è a disposizione per fornire consulenza e assistenza.
E 'il luogo ideale per una vacanza lontano dal turismo di massa, circondato dal canto degli uccelli e il rumore del mare. Qui ci si rigenera l'animo. Le spiagge della zona sono meravigliose con piscine naturali tagliate nelle rocce e tante grotte da visitare. La zona è ricca di luoghi di interesse storico e naturale come Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Cesarea Terme e Lecce con le sue famose spiagge di sabbia e il centro storico barocco. La tranquillita', la qualita' dei luoghi, la grande cortesia del popolo locale, l'ottima gastronomia di cibi e vini vi invitano a venire in questo luogo.
Questo posto e' ottimo per praticare snorkelling e diving, o affittare una barca nel vicino Porto di Tricase per escursioni e visita di calette e grotte.
