Villa Tempera has three floors:
The Family Middle Floor ( indoor 105 sqm with sea views , outdoor 85 sqm plus 80 sqm BBQ terrace all with seaviews ) - offers 2 bedrooms (king size double and twin) , each with its own en-suite bathroom plus an additional guest bathroom, great living room with SAT TV, sea views all around , great sea front terraces and BBQ terrace. The gourmet kitchen on this floor has all the amenities and equipment for the home chef. You will also enjoy the large stone indoor fireplace.
The Top Floor Getaway with private entrance ( indoor of 75 sqm with seaviews , outdoor 35 sqm with seaviews) has two en-suite bedrooms : one en-suite twin bedroom and VIP Master Suite with SAT TV , beautiful sea front terraces.
The Romantic Garden Suite (indoor 37 sqm with seaviews , outdoor 10 sqm with sea views) - provides one double bed , lovely living area and large pull out sofa, has a private garden level entrance, French doors opening to lavander and olive garden right above the beach, secluded seafront patio 10 sqm perfect for your morning coffee .
The villa has many beautiful terraces, large sea-view windows and floor-to-ceiling doors, living and dining areas inside and out. Windows and doors , as well as all floor-to-ceiling doors have mosquito screens.

Outdoor dining on upper and lower terraces plus a large outdoor terrace with stone fireplace complete the vision of Villa Tempera.
A short walk through the garden and down the stairs leads you to the sea, crystal clear water and wonderful swimming. A little further on, there are several villages close to the villa, with local 'konobas' (traditional restaurants), and both sandy and pebble beaches.
Milna Bay and Zaglav Bay sandy beaches are both just a short walk. Stoncica Bay, also nearby, has a sandy beach and restaurant. Rukavac, a fishing village with a fish beachside restaurant, and Srebrna Bay, with a white pebble beach and pine woods for shade are all within a few minutes drive.
You can browse the daily fruit, vegetable and fish markets in the port of Vis, 9 kms away, and in Komiza, 18 kms. A local baker delivers fresh bread daily to Milna-Zenka Bay homes, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables twice a week - or buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boats in nearby Rukavac village A newly built and furnished villa with special touches to make your holiday memorable.
Lavender blooms in May and June and stays fragrant and colourful sometimes through August. Gentle olive trees provide a framework for the native greenery, fragrant citrus and beautiful colours of Villa Tempera's gardens.

“Blissful Relaxation on the Adriatic”
Andrew and I booked our stay at Villa Tempera almost a full year in advance. Sanja was extremely helpful in arranging accomodations at the villa that met our needs, and even helped us further in planning our vacation, answering our numerous questions along the way. We arrived at Villa Tempera and were warmly welcomed by Sanja and Vlado personally. They kindly showed us around the home and gardens, which left us speechless. The beauty of the home cannot be adequately captured in pictures - the sunlight that pours through the ample windows opening to the sea, the sound of the waves through the open doors at night, the waterfront porch we enjoyed each morning with coffee, the smell of the lavendar gardens, the swimming dock... It is far too impressive to capture in words or photos. However, even superior than the physical attributes of the property is the feeling of home that you have while there. In the villa, you do not feel as if you are in a temporary lodging, but rather like kings of your own palace - a feeling that lends to the relaxation. We enjoyed the house itself greatly, as it provides a great degree of outdoor area to enjoy between the gardens, porch, outdoor dining area and grill, and swimming dock with sun beds as well as comfortable interiors (my goodness that bed was hard to leave in the morning!). As beautiful as Villa Tempera is, and as easy as it would be to spend all day there everyday, the villa also has a great location to explore the island from. It provides a greater degree of privacy than a location within Vis Town or Komiza while still being a short ride into town for dinner or coffee. Sanja and Vlado, our gracious hosts, provided us with fantastic recommendations of activities, beaches, and restaurants to visit while on the island, and the house certainly served as a great location to visit these from. This rental provided so much more than a place to sleep - it was the foundation for our best vacation experience to date. Thank you so much Sanja and Vlado! We are already missing Vis and the villa, and look forward to the day we can return!
