This magnificent apartment, recently built, is located in the center of Gallipoli, in an ideal position to move during the day, and at the same time to reach the meeting points of the evening; Corso Roma, the main street of the town of Gallipoli and the commercial heart of the city itself, is 300 meters far and is therefore easily reached on foot; and the old town is near as well; continuing on the road where the apartment is located you can easily reach both the beaches of Lido San Giovanni, are approximately 1.5 km, the beaches of Green Bay, which is about 3 km.
The apartment in Seville is located on the first floor of a new residential building; on the ground floor of the building there are some commercial activities such as a bar, while at the basement there is a functional supermarket; in the immediate vicinity there are a kiosk and the bus stop useful to move comfortably.
The property has an entrance directly into the open plan living of about 35 square meters, furnished in modern style: the brightness of the apartment, due to its favorable exposure to the southwest, is further enhanced by the white walls and furniture; as a contrast the long side of the room was treated with Venetian plaster dove gray; in this area was made the living room of the home, with a sofa, two ottomans ground and LCD TV; on the opposite side of the room there is the kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. From the living area there is direct access to the terrace, spacious, equipped with table and chairs for dining outside; in times of high exposure to the sun, thanks to the particular electric blinds with slats reclining, you can give all 'environment a pleasant suffused effect. The living room leads to the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms and bathroom; the master bedroom is the most private area, with a facing toward the back of the building on a vacant lot; the room, good size, provides a generously sized closet, and safe.
The second room is slightly smaller than the first: in it there are two single beds , possibly convertible into double bed, and a good sized closet with sliding doors; from this room you can access directly on the terrace of the apartment. Between the two rooms there is the bathroom in which is placed a tub with shower wall. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, one for the living area and one for the bedroom, free wi-fi, and has a garage in the basement.
