A Spetses villa, truly one-of-a-kind! Just 5 minutes away from the vibrant old port of Spetses, yet worlds apart, this dazzling villa blends the ultimate traditional Spetses architectural style and cosy interior design with the eternal exquisite beauty of the island.
Spetses is the only Greek island that doesn't allow cars but only horses and carriages, bikes and bicycles.
A bus is available very close to the house, every half an hour for people who wish to visit villages and beaches further afield.
The villa unites authentic local character and contemporary chic interiors, creating a sensational and idyllic ambience, especially when lit at night.
The villa affords guests total privacy with a private entrance & private pool with a swimming jet, spacious outdoor living with comfortable a 4m sofa and chairs for relaxation and entertaining. It also boasts a dining area al fresco combined with natural surroundings and a large terrace with sun loungers.
This styled villa is located in Agia Marina built-in 2008 with respect to the environment and Spetses architecture traditional standards, equipped with conveniences and luxurious amenities and consists 2 beautiful Master bedrooms (1 King size ) with en- suite bathrooms, 2 single bed bedrooms ( 1 en- suite bathroom), 1 double bedroom share a sea-facing terrace with one of the master bedrooms, 1 sofa double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave for those who wish to cook themselves whilst there are plenty of delivery options.
A unique and cosy living space with fireplace, dining room with a lovely view to the large private swimming pool in pentagon shape and a wonderful garden with bougainvillaeas and grass for families to enjoy offering to guests a unique experience!!
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favourite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or the outside dining table which seats 6 also, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The inside lounge as the outside lounge and inside & outside dining tables there are all on the same level as the house on the ground floor and in front of the fantastic overflow swimmingpool.
The villa comes with a weekly housekeeping service or live-in house-keeper (after request). Because of the infinity pool, this villa is not suitable for small children.
Traditional and contemporary themed furnishings and décor create a light and airy feel, blurring the distinction between indoors and outdoors.
Air conditioning, washing/dryer machine, WI-FI, Android TV ( Netflix), DVD player, Hi-Fi, wireless ION Garden Speaker for I phone/i pad & telephone centre ( inter-communication). Everything for the perfect family holiday!

There is a view from the top veranda over the sea towards the island of Spetsopoula. The nearest beach Agia Marina –Paradise is only a short walk from 350m and the town of Dapia is a 15-minute walk.
A picturesque old Port yachting marina full of clubs, bars and restaurants is a 5-minute walk. This is an ideal location for a romantic and relaxing getaway from it all!
For cultural buffs, there is a local history museum of Bouboulina in Dapia which is worth a visit and gain a better understanding of the history of Spetses.
The local farmer delivers fresh eggs from free-range chickens for your breakfast. The variety of restaurants include, Italian, Japanese, Steak houses and obviously, fabulous seafood can be found all within close proximity.
For those who wish to experience Spetses nightlife all clubs and bars can be found in the old harbour and for those who wish to party will have an absolute blast till the wee hours of the morning.
Last but not least for the shopaholic crowd no need to feel left out! While the island is small - the abundance of designer and local boutiques while keep fashionistas entertained.
For those who enjoy local arts and crafts there is a wealth of local artisan shops to be found in the village.
