Description

The appartment is in a typical Bologna building, at first floor, overlooking one of the most important streets of the city and also small courtyards to ensure tranquility and silence.
There are two rooms available, a double and a triple, both with private bathrooms, air conditioning, tv and wifi.
The is also a lovely living room with small terrace and third bathroom (with washing machine), which on request can be turned into an additional bedroom.
The kitchen is always available to guests for preparing lunch and dinner to be enjoyed sitting at the convivial table or in the little terrace.
The particular and special decor was created by mixing new and renovated furniture, each room in fact is decorated by one or more restored objects.
Zoe 's house is a warm and welcoming place in the heart of Bologna thought for all those who stop and stay, whether for sightseeing or for a random overnight, and still want to have the feeling of being at home.

CITY TAX - you can pay by cash at the check in.
The municipality of Bologna is introducing a new tax equal to 1,50 Euro (person/night) effective September 1, 2012 for all tourists staying in Hotels, Bed and Breakfast or rental quarters.

Lovely rooms. We were two friends doing an Italian course in Bologna so we were not there much at all. There are 3 bedrooms. We had two and then another couple arrived which made it seem really crampe… More

Response from the owner Dear Sue, Thank You for the comment. Only one note for clients: If you rent the apartment like B&B - it is possible found other guests. But if you rent the whole apartment - you have privacy and freedom. The price is different, Of course.
