Non adatto se cercate un appartamento in zona tranquilla.

Wi-Fi gratuito ma con limite di consumo massimo.

L'appartamento, di circa m² 40, al primo piano di una piccola palazzina; ha soffitti di oltre 3 metri di altezza, mura spesse e in cucina e in bagno finestre con persiane ed imposte. E' in affitto per le vacanze estive.E' così composto:- una cucina abitabile con divano letto matrimoniale trasformabile (facilissimo da usare) dotata di porta finestra con accesso sul terrazzino; è equipaggiata con forno, frigocongelatore, ferro a vapore e asse da stiro, stendibiancheria, televisore 21" e ventilatore a soffitto.- una camera da letto con ampio armadio a ponte e letto matrimoniale, più un lettino per bambini, libreria e finestrone a doppia apertura che affaccia sul terrazzo di altra proprietà.- un antibagno con lavatrice.- un bagno, dotato di box doccia 60x60 cm e di scalda acqua elettrico da 10 litri.Si trova al primo piano di una piccola palazzina, a venti metri dall'isola pedonale (Corso Mazzini) e a circa 150 metri dal mare.E' separato dalla ferrovia da tre file di case; l'appartamento ha di fronte la pizzeria "Fire Place". E' sopra al negozio di alimenti biologici e bistrot "Mirtillo Viola". Tutto intorno all'immobile, nel raggio di 50 metri, la zona è servita da un forno, bar, una gelateria, una macelleria, un supermercato, un punto vendita di vini, la farmacia, il tabaccaio, l'edicola e negozi di abbigliamento e articoli vari.Questa è la zona più centrale ed animata di Grottammare. Non adatto se cercate una zona tranquilla.

Response from the owner Lors de l'enregistrement (check-in), les locataires ont controlé l'appartement, situé au centre ville de Grottammare et à quelques pas de la zone piétonne et de la mer. Cet appartement s'est avéré parfaitement conforme à celui qu'ils avaient réservé, aussi bien que les locataires ont signé une déclaration indiquant qu'il était propre, en bon état et exactement correspondant à ce qu'ils avaient d'ailleurs choisi par les photos, la description et le prix. Pour ce qui concerne le bruit, dont le niveau est subjectif, la description informe et prévient: "L'appartement se trouve devant une pizzeria", "C'est le quartier le plus central et animé de Grottammare". Bien que navré pour l'insatisfaction des locataires, on pense qu'une note de 3 sur 5 points, qui pourrait être attribuée en cas de problèmes dans l’appartement ou si celui-ci est différent de celui réservé, représente, dans ce cas, une évaluation erronée et non motivée, qui s'avère trompeuse pour les autres touristes. Al momento del check-in, gli inquilini hanno controllato l'appartamento, situato nel centro di Grottammare, a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale e dal mare. L'appartamento era perfettamente in linea con quello prenotato, infatti hanno firmato una dichiarazione affermando che era pulito, in buone condizioni e esattamente corrispondente a ciò che avevano scelto dalle foto, descrizione e prezzo. Per quanto riguarda il rumore, il cui livello è soggettivo, la descrizione informa e avverte: "L'appartamento è di fronte ad una pizzeria", "Questa è la zona più centrale e animata di Grottammare". Anche se ci dispiace per l'insoddisfazione degli inquilini, si ritiene che un punteggio di 3 punti su 5, che dovrebbe essere attribuito in caso di problemi nell'appartamento o se esso non è conforme a quello riservato, è in questo caso, una valutazione errata e immotivata che è fuorviante per altri turisti.
