The new-build beachfront Villa Calypso can offer you all you need for your vacation with comforts as of being at home! An island-like environment, breathtaking sea view from the spacious terraces of the villa, easy access to sand and rocky top rated Schinias Beach,nearby restaurants and fish taverns, a vast selection of tourist visits or tours and much more.
The villa can accommodate 10-12 consists of 3 independent levels that can function as a whole with internal stairs and the lift or as 3 independent flats. This is an advantage for the group of guests being together and/or separated.
Each level is nicely decorated and consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 W/C, 3 fully equipped modern kitchens and large living-room area.

Location
The villa is located at the lower slope of Schinias hill offering a panoramic view of the deep blue of the Aegean sea. The area has been planned as strictly residential,is very expensive and comprises of luxury residences providing a safe environment and respecting the privacy of the guests . Schinias is a coastal region of northeastern Attica close to the historical town Marathon, famous for the Battle of Marathon and the "Marathon Run" to Marathon and small settlement. Literally the area is as if you are on an island with the longest sandy beach in Attica 6 km long and with a 3km of amazing pine forest, declared one of the largest forests Pine in Greece. Thanks to its unique geographic location and given greater ecological value of the area, the region today is characterized national park (belongs to the network Natura 2000). You can enjoy walking or jogging around it, watching the rare habitat and the different kinds of birds. Furthermore, Schinias bay,is ideal for young kids and families to relax and enjoy the delightful sun. Here , there is a large list of options: beach bars, as well as water sport centers for volleyball, windsurfing, tennis, etc.

Schinias is located in a 50km from the center of Athens and from International Athens Airport (El Venizelos).You can visit Athens by car or bus and organize day-trips to nearby interesting places i.e. Cape Sounion
The area has numerous fish taverns, bars, shops and places of historical interest. For nightlife you could visit Nea Makri center (15 minutes drive from the villa). You can also visit nearby islands, there are three ports close by: Agia Marina to Evvoia (15 minutes drive), Rafina (30 min drive) to Andros, Tinos and Mykonos, Piraeus (60 min) to all islands of Greece.
