Beautiful house, 2 km from the sea and the 5k from airport-Split , welcomes you . Quiet neighbourhood offer great time for those thriving for peaceful SLEPING.and if you wish to travel around The place is close to some significant sights in Dalmatia. You can take trips to Šibenik, National park Krka, Primišten, Vodice, Split, National park Plitvice, Dubrovnik, Mostar Međugorje, ( famous Maria shrine.) and they are all very interesting to see. At the same time the house is outside the crowds and the jams that can hapen in Trogir. Trogir is a small town which is full of historic monuments and it is on the UNESCO's list of World heritage. There is a town promenade (riva) by the see with palm trees on it and a lot of cafes and restaurants. The town is very nice and people enjoy walking through small, narrow streets which were made in the 3rd century BC.
The town is appealing to people in September and October because of its climate and in that period there are no more crowds so people can fully experience the beauty of a small town and Mediterranean climate which has a positive influence on your health.The house is close to the highway A1 so it makes it even easier to go to different destinations every day.
The closest beach is 2,5 km away and it is suitable for children and adults. Other beaches are also not far away, you can easily reach beach Medena with a lot of things to do there. On the island of Čiovo there are a lot of beaches.
The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. It can accommodate 4 people. There is a kitchen, one big bedroom with a twin bed and secon dedroom with two bed, one large bathroom with a jaccuzi bath, and secon bathroom and a balcony.. Outside the house there is a big garden with the lawn in front of the house.
The house is fully equipped and it is rated with 3 stars according to touristic standards.
If the guests need anything they can contact the host at any time, but otherwise the guests have fully privacy at the appartment.
The cost of coming from Split to the house and from the house to the airport is 40€ total. The cost of coming from Trogir to the house and from the house to the airport is 30€ total. The host offers driving guests where they would like to go, but the service has an additional fee.
No smoking in the appartment except at the balcony. Any damage made at the appartment will be paid by the guests.
