Description
TICAZA is situated 1 km from the main road in a quiet, secured, private family environment on the sea in Black River overlooking the bay and boats, only a 20 minute drive to Le Morne renown best kite surf spot in the world.
The Cottage is annexed but very independent from its sister Villa Cazalines and has its own private gate to the beach only 50meters away.
It has two or three air conditioned bedrooms with two small en suite bathrooms and toilet. Depending on request and number of guests.
A lounge,dining and open plan kitchen area all fully equipped.
An outdoor patio with table, chairs, barbecue and umbrella as well as an outdoor Private jacuzzi
It has also its own private parking.
Included in the costs is all linen, as well as a maid who comes 3 times a week from 10-12 except on sundays and public holidays.

“Hidden gem of Black River”
"We just came back from a magic stay at Ticaza and felt we needed to share our experience and thank the owners Isabelle and Dennis for our fantastic holiday. Description of the cottage on Trip Advisor as well as previous review are very accurate. It is a small but very comfortable 2 bedroom cottage with a lovely private patio garden. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and en suite. We fell in love with the cottage the minute we saw it. It's situated on a private estate just a short drive away from Black River. The location is very picturesque, quiet and very safe. The beach is a short walk away and you can see (and hear) the sea from the patio. There is a Jacuzzi in the garden and despite cold water, we used it every day to cool down. There is a possibility to borrow a mobile phone with a local number which is very handy. A maid comes daily (except Sundays and public holidays) to tidy up the bedroom, wash the dishes and clean the floors. The cost of the maid is included in the rent. There are additional services available at en extra cost such as chef and babysitting etc. Ticaza offers full package. We would recommend hiring a car during your stay so you can explore the area as well as access local restaurants and shops at your convenience. The water in this part of the coast is not as clear as across the river mouth at La Preneuse but it is absolutely fine to swim in. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of Le Salines is unique and we feel extremely lucky to have found this little gem The owners are very professional and extremely accommodating and we cannot thank them enough for making our holiday extra special by allowing us to use their kayaks. We would 100% recommend Ticaza and would happily stay there again next time we are in Mauritius"
