Description

Attic recently renovated with new furniture, new floors, new windows, energy-efficient windows, armored door. Independent heating and air conditioning, in the master bedroom. It is located in a building on the third floor without elevator in a residential area. I leave for guests at no additional cost, 2 mountain bikes, plus a bike with a maximum seat of 22 kg (on request) and a baby cot (on request). Luggage service totally free, you can check in from 15PM until 2AM the next day. I leave sheets, towels, products for personal hygiene, hairdryer, fan. The reservation of a higher number of people than the one indicated as maximum capacity of the apartment will not be allowed. The arrival of a number of people higher than the one booked, cancels the booking of the stay. Accommodation in a flat for people other than those registered at check-in is strictly forbidden

At 100 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop urban line linking the city center with the terminus station of San Benedetto del Tronto. The bus is every hour; the station is 1 km from the apartment.
