Description

Enjoy a magnificent penthouse condominium right on golden sand Simpson Bay Beach. This is a two kilometer (1 1/4 mile) stretch of sand and Caribbean sea that is completely secluded - only private residences and small guest houses. As a result, you have an unspoiled, non-commercial beach all to yourself. Yet, in minutes and within walking distance you can be on the main Airport Road where the options for dining, dancing, shopping, casinos, boat trips, and much more are seemingly endless.

The condo features a large outside porch/balcony that has giant glass walls to both the great room and master bedroom. You can dine and relax while watching ships, yachts and small crafts, the turquoise Caribbean, and glorious sunsets while inside or outside.

Furnished and outfitted with sophistication, style and comfort in mind, Beach Heaven has it all. The kitchen features Stainless appliances, washer and dryer and vast granite countertops. There is a small back balcony that holds a large electric grill.

The huge great room has 25-foot vaulted ceilings, and both bedrooms have gorgeous stone and mahogany bathrooms with rainfall showerheads.

There is a lovely powder room in the large Great Room and the condo is outfitted with many amenities for your use. There are television sets in both bedrooms, and built-in stereo speakers, which also give surround sound for the 36-inch TV/DVD and CD player in the great room. Cable TV and high-speed internet are provided. Maid Service and a Property Manager are at your service.

A Cell phone that uses phone cards are provided with St Maarten service and for calling out to the US and Europe. Internet using a wired LAN connection is provided along with a Sony VAIO laptop computer and Canon printer.

This building, La Siesta building B, was built and completed in June 2006. It is a three story building with one unit per floor. Beach Heaven occupies the third, or penthouse, floor.

Construction is finished as of August 2007 on the second building called La Siesta building A. The gorgeous infinity edge swimming pool is beachfront and is shared by both buildings.

“Worst vacation ever”

Response from the owner I really do not know how to respond. We have a beautifully appointed beachfront condo in one of the BEST neighborhoods in St Maartenmost homes start over 1 million dollars and the yachts are way more so starting out by calling our home shabby does not win friends.. Please read our guests review carefully. Hurricane Irma destroyed St Maarten and they are still rebuilding. Describing our wonderful neighbors homes as shacks is cold. The property manager came over immediately and put money on their cell phone, they discovered the laminate WIFI password shortly after arrival but this was a problem for her (they felt trapped with no wifi, pleeze). Yes we ask the guests to put the security shutter down when they leave for safety purposes. Any beachfront condo in the world would suggstst you lock up when you leave. Now lastly she said someone approached her husband for money. This was truly disturbing and I alerted all 13 owners who were aghast that she did not call the police or the property manager who both are 1/2 a block away. Instead they said they left the island and notified me 3 days later. I am sorry they had a bad time but we provided our beautiful home.
