Description

Tiwi House is tucked into a gentle curve of the beach at the north end of Tiwi beach. The property consists of a fully furnished and equipped four-bedroom house, with a swimming pool between verandah and beach. The house has an amazing ocean landscape. We have our own private steps down coral cliffs to a quiet beach. Tiwi House sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms that have their own individual bathrooms with ceiling fans, some air conditioning and a full staff. Holiday letting is all the year round including Easter, Christmas and the New Year. Relax, swim in sea or pool, sunbathe, go sightseeing and shopping in Diani; snorkelling, diving, bird-watching, sailing, water sports and deep sea fishing are all available; a 40 minute drive takes you to the Shimba Hills Game Park and lodge; an hour and a half to Shimoni and the Maritime Park.

The fourth bedroom sleeps thre in single beds.

Getting around

Either bring your own car, hire one or rely on the local taxi service (telephone for booking/collection). For down to earth travel (not recommended for the faint hearted) there are "tuk tuk"s (Indian tricycles) and "matatus" (minibuses, sort of).

Interaction with guest

We are normally resident in the UK but, there is a staff of 4 including a houseman, Joseph. Although the house is self catering a cook/chef can be arranged for about £15 per day.

How do damage deposits work?

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
