Completely immersed in the countryside but at only 1,2 km from the sea, you can enjoy the peace and relax of the typical rural countryside of center Italy while at home, and reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast by foots in 10 minutes (2 min. in bicycle or with the car).
The house is surrounded by wine canteens, it is at only 1,4 km from the city center of Fano, 30 minutes from Urbino and the appennines and from the Natural Park of Monte Conero.
Completamente immersa nel paesaggio collinare marchigiano ma a solo un km dal mare, la casa permette di godere della tipica pace del paesaggio collinare marchigiano e di raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi le spiagge della riviera adriatica (2 minuti in bici o in auto). A soli 1,4 km dal centro della città di Fano, a 30 minuti da Urbino e l'Appennino e dal Parco Naturale del Monte Conero.

“A truly wonderful place with a helpful owner, with whom I'dd like to remain friends”
The owner met us at the station and throughout our stay remained very helpful and available.without being at all intrusive. In fact, he was so helpful that when my arm swelled up into an itching balloon after I had got stung by a wasp (or something similar) he took me to the doctor, pharmacy and made sure I was well again. He is also an interesting guy with whom to spend time. The property is stunning. Spacious both inside and out. Tastefully furnished, it has all one needs. A very large garden leads down towards a hammock set between tall pines (my favourite spot) and with a beautiful view towards the sea. There are plenty of spots to enjoy one's breakfast, lunch and dinner - a table in cool, breezy shade by the hammock, a vast table on the terrace and an enormous one in the kitchen should the weather take a bad turn. And the place is very clean and cared for. The beach is a little further than we'd anticipated (we didn't hire a car), but Paolo, the owner, lent us a couple of fine bikes and showed us a pleasant shortcut. The local supermarket had fresh, delicious produce and very friendly service. All in all a letting I would highly recommend, although perhaps less so if you are not mobile and have no car. A place to return to over and over again, in spring, summer, autumn and even winter.

Response from the owner Considering the level of misunderstanding and your blackmail-style, I can only say that I am sorry for your negative experience which seems pretty different from the very positive ones that all my other guests had. Some of your points are true, namely the fact that I was late with the preparation of the apartment (for which I have repeatedly apologized) and the broken TV which I bought at the end of your stay (had you taken the time to let me know you missed one I would have bought one straight away…), but most of your complaints are hilarious. I tend to be a very friendly and open-minded host. It seems obvious that I am not the right host for you and you are not the right guests for me. Enjoy life.
