Casa Maleet is an excellent large corner townhouse situated in the wonderful complex of El Balcon de Sierra Cortina, with views to Benidorm. Within a short drive you have La Cala de Finestrat, the village of Finestrat and Benidorm, the Benidorm golf courses and two theme parks, Terra Natura and Terra Mitica. This location is ideal for a relaxing family holiday with communal swimming pools and gardens, situated within the gated community.

'El Balcon' is perfectly situated for the popular theme parks of Benidorm and the many beautiful beaches in the area, also on the doorstep of 3 fantastic 18 hole golf courses, the Sierra Cortina Resort benefits from nearby health spa in the Asiana Hotel, a number of tennis/padel courts and a short drive to a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

Casa Maleet is an excellent corner townhouse with wonderful views of Benidorm. Upon entering the gated complex of El Balcon is a parking area, enter the gate to the private garden of Casa Maleet with a path to the front door. Upon entering there is a hallway with the kitchen to the right which has a separate utility room and patio doors to the garden. There is a shower room and a bedroom with twin beds and patio doors to the garden. To the left is the large living/dining room again with patio doors to the covered terrace and the private garden. This house has just been furnished with brand new modern furniture for your comfort. Upstairs is a mater bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a double bed and a family bathroom, also a spacious terrace. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is air-co in each room of the house.

There are a number of outdoor swimming pools for the use of guests in the gated community.

The Costa Blanca has many historic places of interest to visit, one of which is the fortress town of Guadalest, one of the final stongehold of the invading Moors. Also there are the Fonts d'Algar a beautiful natural waterfall. Surrounded by mountains the area boasts an all year round micro climate which allows sun worshippers to take to the many sandy beaches in the middle of 'winter'. Our Sierra Cortina Resort properties are situated at the foot of the mountain range overlooking Benidorm, just a 10 minute car drive to the beaches of Levante and Poniente, less to the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. We have 3 fantastic 18 hole golf courses, one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are tennis/padel courts, two 5 star hotels which are home to magnificent restaurants and bars. Also for children of all ages are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, where there are some of the best rides in the world, Terra Natura, for a taste of cultures from around the world, Mundomar Sea Life Park and Aqualandia waterpark.

Within a 5 minute drive is the shopping mall of La Marina, here there is a large number of shops and supermarkets and also on the top floor there are childrens activites, restaurants, a cinema and a bowling alley.
