This is a traditional Villa in a quiet corner of the charming fishermen's village of Votsi in Alonnisos. It is composed of two completely separate houses. It is located at 190 meters from the beach, really at a walking distance.
❗IMPORTANT: During peak season (from 10th of July until 31st of August) there is a minimum price equivalent to a 5 people rate for all stays at this house.
You may come in less than 5 people during those dates but you must add at least 5 guests into the system to get the correct quote for peak season stays.
A great place to stay with your kids. It is also really close to the blue cave and some very good family taverns.
There is a small supermarket accessible by foot as well. Carved wood and local stones, among other traditional materials, provide a very cosy ambient internally, while rosemary and lemon trees, perfume your relaxing moments in the 2 terraces.
The entrance of the building consists of a wide patio with external tables, ideal for your breakfast or socialising moments. The Groundfloor villa hosts up to 8 people (2 of them must be kids, because the mezzanine bedroom is suited only for kids).
This is the disposition of the rooms:
• Living room, kitchen and internal patio: The main entrance of the house leads into a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The walls combine stone and wood and there is a corner fireplace. A few stone built steps lead to the kitchen and the internal patio. This stone terrace, has builtin stone benches for comfortable sitting providing an ideal place for your breakfast, your siesta or your evening relaxation. From the living room you access the main bathroom, the ground floor bedroom and the stairways for the two upstair bedrooms.
• 1 ground-floor bedroom and 1 mezzanine (low ceiling): The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and gives access to a cozy mezzanine with 2 single beds. The mezzanine is indicated for children only because of its low ceiling.
• 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed and 2 single beds): The wooden stairways on the living room lead to a cozy bedroom with a double bed. From there you access another bedroom with 2 single beds and a compact toilet.
Other things to note
Kindly notice that laundry is not located inside the house. In case you wish to have your clothes washed we would be more than happy to assist you!
