Direct access to the beach just nearby (100 m - "Creve Coeur Beach").Very Calm House, at the very end of the beach access road dead end Complete overhaul in 2014 (Electricity/Paintings/Furniture/Fully equiped kitchen).Terrace with sea view.External additional shower when coming back from the beach to keep the house sand free.
16VA Electric Cars Welcome with additional bare cost electricity metering to be settled at the end of the rental.

Leuk huis met uitstekende faciliteiten, ruime kamers met meerdere zitjes. Mooi gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. De zee is op loopafstand.

“Perfect Location”
We have just returned from two weeks in this wonderful house. The location and views are perfect. I never tired of just sitting and looking at the view. The sunsets were beautiful. The house itself is at the end of a small road with only a house next door and one to the front. Direct access via about 20 steps is a beautiful beach. Even at high tide there is plenty of space. The garden of the house goes all the eway around and you can always find a sunny or shady spot to sit and enjoy the view. There is a lovely deck with table and chairs, or if the weather is not quite so good a conservatory with dining table and chairs, from which youcan still enjoy the l outside. The house itself is much bigger than the puictures indicate. There are three good size bedrooms, two with french doors opening onto the back garden. The master bedroom is at the front with shuttered windows. The only negative in the master is that the wardrobe space is quite limited...I made use of the third bedrooms wardrobe as we didnt need to use it for sleeping. The lounge is spacious, although if there were 5 quests seating is again limited with only one sofa. The kitchen is small but more than adeqaue. Bathroom again is perfectly adeqaute and nicely decorated. There is a large garage space which is ideal for storing body boards and beach bits and bobs. It alsio houses the washing machine and iron and ironing board. Exciting the property is either via a gate to the beach or via storm gates using the car. This was a bit tedious as someone needed to close the gates from the inside then use the smaller gate and walk up the path to the car. The latch on the small gate didnt latch properly so this had to be locked at all times and there was only one key, so again could prove a little inconvenient for some people. All in all we could find no fault with this rental at all. And Franck was a joy to deal with. We enjoyed exploring the local area. Pornic is beautiful. Nantes is woth a visit, as is Clisson and Noirmoitier. we also discovered Le Croisac and Guernade.
