This charming villa is located only 10 minutes/2km driving from Cascais center and 30 minutes from Lisbon center.

The Villa is located in Quinta da marinha Resort, just a few minutes from Guincho Beach. It´s ideal for summer holidays, surf, and Kite surf or windsurf sports; close to an equestrian center a health club, spa, gym and tennis court.
In 5 min by car will be able to really experience all the best that Cascais has to offer. Just to give you an idea (all distances relative to the Villa):
•The nearest beach is only 800m away and very close by you have free oceanic pools and a shoreline of 5km with small beaches connected by a pier that is perfect for a jog or just a simple walk while enjoying the view.
•The central point of nightlife “Praça de Camões” with the main bars and restaurants (you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood every day); during the day small supermarkets and traditional commerce.
•Free bike rental (600m).
•Village Market at Wednesday's and Saturday's (1 Km)
•The marina is 1 Km away, with a sayling and yatch club.
•If you're into culture the Paula Rêgo Arts Museum, is a must to see (1 km).
•Hippodrome and the beautiful Marechal Carmona Natural Park (1 km).
•Guincho shoreline bicycle path at 800m or Mountain biking in Serra de Sintra at 8kms.
•Casino Estoril is only 4 km away.
•Golf Course and Tennis Courts (200m).
•GUINCHO Beach - For beach lovers, surfers/kitesurfers/windsurfers (2KM)
•SINTRA: world heritage, with its romantic sceneries, castle, palaces and convent, 16 kms away, deserve a visit and are a guarantee of a well spent day. Walk up from the village to the castle and make sure you take some traditional pastries with you (queijadas and travesseiros). On your way back to Cascais enjoy the setting in Praia da Adraga (Beach) and watch the sunset at Cabo da Roca, the western tip of Europe, "where the land ends and the ocean begins" – 25 min by car or bus (bus station is a 2 min walk from the apartment).
•LISBON: departing from the Cascais train station, 2 Km from theVila, you'll be in the centre of Lisbon in 40 minutes. The train journey is one of the best in the world, always bordering the sea, entering Lisbon by the Tejo river estuary coastal line, and passing by two of the city's landmarks: Torre de Belém and Mosteiro dos Jerónimos – the train station is a 10 minby car from the vila.

• Cascais is within a 30 minute drive by taxi from the Lisbon airport - around 45 Euros 4persons+luggage.
• You can also take the Metro or Express Bus at the Airport to Cais do Sodre train station and pick up the train to Cascais ( takes aprox 01:15 ride and 5 Euros per person)
