Description
This apartment is located in Carrer Nou, one of the typical streets of Sitges in the picturesque antique quarter.
It is only a one-minute walk from the main beach and Sitges' beautiful promenade.
The apartment's unique location means that you can 'shop til you drop' in the nearby stores, eat out in some of Sitges' famous restaurants, or just chill-out with a beer in one of the seafront bars. If you want a taste of Sitges art and culture, you are only seconds away from the most important museums, galleries, churches and the stunning public library.
The street where the apartment is located runs directly to the beach. This recently constructed building has a lift in the main entrance which will take you to the second floor.
The apartment itself contains a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a comfortable sitting room and spacious double bedroom. The bedroom opens out onto a sunny balcony, which is perfect for relaxing in the sun after a hard day's sightseeing in Barcelona or dining with friends in the summer.
The bedroom, decorated in a cool Mediterranean style, has a calm, relaxed ambience. It contains a double bed (1.5 m wide), two wicker chairs and a small round coffee table where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino or watch TV.
If you want to have a guest to stay, the sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.35 m) and a dining table with chairs for entertaining. For maximum comfort, each room has a fan on the ceiling which is easy to use; the sitting room has remote controlled air-conditioning for both summer and winter.
As the apartment is situated at the back of the building, it's a perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet. Its design allows you to enjoy natural light all day long and its homely, practical decoration means you can relax in comfort. In the flat you will find bed linen and towels for two people. In case you have guests, sheets and blankets are provided for the sofa bed.
