Description
A 5 minutes de Beaune et à deux pas du vignoble de la Côte de Beaune, petite maison individuelle au design moderne très confortable, à côté de la maison des propriétaires.
Rez-de-chaussée : cuisine bien équipée ouverte sur la pièce à vivre. Salle à manger-salon. Une salle d'eau avec douche à jets haute technologie et radio FM intégrée - WC.
Etage : 2 belles chambres mansardées avec chacune 2 lits en 80 x 200 (jumelables en lits de 160 x 200). Linge de table et draps fournis. Linge de toilette sur demande.
Grand parking juste devant le gîte, sécurisé avec portail automatique. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, labellisés Vignobles et découvertes. Une bouteille de crémant de Bourgogne offerte pour tout séjour.
Equipements : écran plat 81 cm, four à chaleur tournante, plaques de cuisson à induction, cafetières classique et Nespresso, cave à vins. Chaise haute et lit bébé à disposition.
Sur demande : service à fondue, raclette, plancha.
Grande terrasse privative aménagée, à l'abri des regards avec barbecue équipé d'un salon, table de jardin et transats.
Possibilité de baby-sitting sur place et cours d'initiation à la dégustation des vins de Bourgogne.
Taxe de séjour 1.65 €/jour/personne. Non fumeur.

Sur place dans le village de Bligny-les-Beaune : boulangerie/épicerie, boucherie/Charcuterie, bar-tabac, relais postal.Nombreux caveaux de dégustations dans le village.
A proximité : les châteaux de Pommard, Meursault, La Rochepot. Beaune, la capitale des vins de Bourgogne, connue pour ses célèbres Hospices inscrits au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. Promenade sur les remparts ou au Parc de la Bouzaise, véloroute dans le vignoble entre Beaune et Santenay.
Nombreuses animations : Festivals de Cinéma, Musique baroque, "Cours aux jardins"... Nombreux restaurants. Randonnées pédestres dans le vignoble et aux alentours avec les Etangs d'Or de Merceuil. Concernant la pièce à vivre,je me permets de vous indiquer qu'il y a une fenêtre qui donne sur la terrasse privative du gîte avec bains de soleil, salons et tables de jardin. Nous avons également solutionné le problème de connexion internet avec l'opérateur. Encore désolée pour ce désagrément durant votre séjour de 3 jours !
