Description

Welcome to this traditional Majorcan house with private pool and beautiful outdoors in the countryside, in Inca. It has 185 m2 and capacity for 6 people.

The outdoors are beautiful: have a nice BBQ, swim in the 18 m2 private salt water pool, sunbath in the well-kept garden or just relax on the sofas of the terrace. The 30 m2 porch is a nice place to have a large breakfast or dinner. The lawn area is more than 60 m2, so your children have lot of space for playing. Furthermore, there is a swing for your kids, 2 sun umbrellas and 6 sun loungers. You can park up to 3 cars at the patio of the house. The sitting-dining room, the open kitchen and the bedrooms feature A/C.

This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families with children and groups of friends. All rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request at no extra cost. The house has 3 fully equipped bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, one on the first floor with a bathtub and the other one outside with a shower. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room-kitchen-dining room.

The living-dining room is cosy and well-decorated. There is a CD-player, satellite TV, WIFI, a safe box and a DVD-Player. The kitchen is well-equipped: toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, fridge and much more. There is also a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A few minutes’ drive takes you to the city Inca, where you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). The surroundings, particularly the Serra Tramuntana, are nice for hiking, jogging and cycling. A nice idea is a trip to the chapel of “Santa Magdalena”, at the top of a hill. There is also a good restaurant and a viewpoint.

Alcudia Bay is just 35 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Can Picafort, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset.
