Kallithea-Chalkidiki, inside the village 500m from the beach (about 10min walk), quiet, leafy neighbourhood, fully equipped newly constructed 2nd floor Two Bedroom Apartment (master + kids) one bathroom, open plan fully equipped kitchen with living room, front and back garden terrace. The apartment is part of a private residential development with private entrance.
The Space
The apartment is a modern newly constructed 2nd floor Two Bedroom, suitable for 4-5 people. It consists of One master bedroom, with high quality queen size bed and large wardrobe. The Second room has two single beds and wardrobe. The bathroom has shower tub and WC. Open plan fully equipped kitchen with modern electric appliances, wooden kitchen table for four people, living room with flat screen 32inch TV, 3 couches (1 convertible to bed) and coffee table. The flat benefits from large balconies with garden and street view. Parking available free of charge on the street.
Guest Access
Guests can access the communal garden of the complex and also sit and relax for coffee or drinks/food at any one of the two private terraces in the front entrance (accessible from living room) and back of the apartment (accessible from master bedroom). Parking available free of charge on the street.
Interaction with Guests
Guests will be greeted at arrival and departure by the owner or the complexes property manager who can provide helpful advice about the flat and the local area.
The Neighbourhood
The flat benefits from easy access to the beach only 500m away or about 10min by feet. Located in a quiet area inside Kallithea village but still only 5min away from a wide variety of retail shops, supermarket, beach bars, restaurants, cafes, and bars for the night's entertainment.
Getting around
Approximately 1 hour drive (90klm) from Thessaloniki Airport. Public transport through buses every 30min - 1 hour to Thessaloniki or other Chalkidiki villages.
