Description

This beautifully maintained villa is located in the area of Ladies Beach. With views overlooking the national park and long beach it is a great place to stay.
The property is light bright and airy and offers a large living space for the occupants. With three bathrooms and a w/c its great for families.
A fully functional kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home to the outside BBQ.
The site offers an Olympic size swimming pool and has local markets for your daily essentials just 5 mins away on foot.
The local buses run past the site every 10 minutes taking you to the town center or to Ladies beach.
Ladies Beach offers a promenade lined with palm trees and a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. So whether you like to sit on the beach and soak up the sun or just sit in the bars drinking an ice cold beer ladies beach is just the place. Or enjoy a meal in the evening whilst enjoying the amazing sunsets whilst looking across at the Greek Island of Samos.
Or if its more the night life then either hop on the bus or most of the restaurants will pick you up, just eat there and they will also take you back home free of charge !
Enjoy the buzz of the center where the bars and restaurants offer a wide variety of food including European tastes are catered for.
The streets are lined with cafe bars that offer BOGOFF on cocktails !
Get yourself some "genuine fakes" or walk down to the Port or the Marina where you will find a great selection of shops offering the "Genuine Articles " still at good prices.
Or for the discerning Golfer how about taking advantage of our 18 hole international golf resort just 10 mins drive away. With spectacular mountain views and a devil of a course ( its not for the faint- hearted , believe me !).
