La casa è ubicata su posizione panoramica con vista mare ha una stanza matrimoniale, un soggiono con due divani/letto singoli, un bagno e una cucina ben equipaggiata, ed annessa veranda attrezzata vista mare, arredato con gusto e cura. Doccia esterna e posto auto.
In questo appartamento si gode di grande tranquillità e di una calorosa accoglienza dei padroni di casa che vivono durante l'estate nella villa. Una suggestiva ambientazione per gli amanti della natura e della tranquillità.
L'appartamento, bene inserito nel parco della villa ottocentesca, ha un'ampia terrazza fronte mare, con un interminabile parco tutto piantumato di pertinenza esclusiva, con vista sul mare raggiungibile a piedi percorrendo un viale nel bosco.
Esternamente la struttura mette a disposizione delle vaste aree esclusive ideali per passeggiare (gli adulti) e giocare (i bambini) posto auto e doccia esterna. Possibilità di ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone all'interno.
La località balneare di TRICASE PORTO, la marina di Tricase, è ubicata sull'adriatico nel tratto di costa tra Castro e Santa Maria di Leuca, dispone di un piccolo porto e di vari centri di ristorazione.
