How to choose the "House of joy", apartment in farmhouse in Lecce, Salento?
It's always Home, if love is there!?!
A warm welcome to you all that I read, in the magical atmosphere of my apartments recently restructured and furnished with love and passion to accommodate those who will choose to spend a few days or a few weeks of his life, in Lecce, Salento!!!
The particularity of this charming home is located in a typical Salento masseria in pietra leccese, prior to 1800, with wonderful Star ceilings, typical of these particular homes. The masseria has been created at the time a purely rural context and "bucolic", but, following the recent urbanization has been almost swallowed up in the city. This has, on the one hand the possibility to easily reach the city centre and its services, on the other hand has not dented that magical and timeless which features both apartments. You can then "breath" the scent of the campaign, but in the city.
The apartment consists of:-a charming and unusual garden with gazebo, sun beds, table and chairs, a living room with kitchenette-1 bedroom with four-poster bed (2 beds and 2 additional beds on the canopy) 1 mezzanine with 2 beds and 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath closet Description: This delightful apartment is independent , has a private garden of 350 sq. m., with characteristic dry wall, typical of the area, that overlooks the kitchen, thanks to a large glass window. How wonderful to watch the Sun there smiling while you prepare coffee!! I confess that it was always my dream! The distinctive and charming garden also offers a chance to freshen up with a shower. A large gazebo equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and a hammock welcomes for wonderful moments of relaxation. Entered into this little paradise through the private gate, crossing the garden, leads to a porch discovery, which will give you a chance to regenerate in tranquillity, but sheltered from the Sun. The living room with kitchenette overlooking the garden. A double bedroom with Baldaquin bed to 2 floors welcomes you during your well deserved rest. In fact, if desired, at the top of the bed you can enjoy 2 additional beds (see photos). The bedroom overlooks a pleasant loft with relaxation area, where you can enjoy 2 additional beds. Altogether then beds are 6. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom, equipped with Jacuzzi whirlpool and airpool. Fine handcrafted fixtures and floors recall the time of origin of the masseria.
At your disposal in the apartment: the apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, Toaster, iron and ironing board, bathroom, kitchen and bed linen and towels.

Location of masseria La masseria is located on the road that leads to the oasis of the WWF "Le Cesine" and Torre dell'Orso, one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento, in a strategic position, just a few miles from Acaya golf course, and a few hundred meters from the ringroad which connects Arezzo to Brindisi (Airport), at Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca in Otranto and the most beautiful beaches of Salento. It is located in a quiet and a few hundred metres from the Centre.
Why choose my charming abode: it is the best choice for your holiday, thanks to the ideal location for those who want to stay in Lecce for sightseeing, while avoiding the negative aspects of the historical centre (late-night noise, chaos, difficulty in parking, extra charges for garages, etc.) and, at the same time excessive crowding of the coastal resorts. Being at the heart of the Salento area you can change target every day, to enjoy the wonders and differences of two sea coasts: Rocky and jagged Adriatic and the Ionian sea sand, ... both Caribbean water!!! Also from the apartment you can reach the city centre in 5 minutes. In the same farmhouse it is possible to rent another apartment but not communicating with this. You can then select this option even if you have large families or groups of friends. It is possible to park your car outside, without additional costs and without the risk of fines. Unfortunately pets are not allowed to ... forgive me for this!!!
Expenses including: all are consumption including cot for children up to 2 years old Costs not included: children aged 2 to 5 years 30% -50 euros for final cleaning.
Deposit 100 euro cash to be delivered on arrival and will be returned upon departure after checking the check out.
If you want an extra linen replacement cost is 5 euro per person.
For longer periods of time ask a quote, which will vary according to the season, the number of people and the length of stay.
