Fully equipped 100 sqm apartment with 40 sqm balcony, walking distance from Acropolis. Fully renovated, safe and quiet area in Athens historical center. Accommodates 7 people in comfort, providing all required for short or long stays.
Covid-19 response: 3 days BEFORE & AFTER bookings are blocked. We clean surfaces and rub items with 0.5% sodium hypochloride

Breakfast, lunch and diner are served out in the balcony eight months /year
Located in Koukaki, one of the quieter, safer and nicer neighborhoods in Athens, 15 minutes walk to Acropolis and Plaka. Bakery, supermarket, meat and vegetable shops, pharmacy, as well as nice coffees and restaurants are all less than 1 minute away.
Open air vegetables, fruit and fish market every Friday in the street. Syntagma square is on walking distance, or can be easily reached by trolley and metro.
Queen size double bed 160x200 in the master bedroom and 140x200 bed in the second bedroom. Baby bed(s) upon request.
Bedroom balcony overlooks a ten meter pine tree. Bedrooms and living room are full of light.

“Convenient friendly comfortable”
Central. Walk everywhere. Close to train. Very helpful landlord; even elped with problem with a booking through a tripadvisor competitor. Always stick to TripAdvisor
