This beautiful apartment is perfect for a family, couples or a small group of friends, being able to fit up to six people. The beautiful antique building where it is located, along with the high ceiling, wooden floors, modern decoration and natural light create the perfect atmosphere for your vacation.
Plus, the apartment also has a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen - including kitchen supplies, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, a toaster -, as well as facilities such as wi-fi, air conditioning, iron, hair dryer and a television.
Towels and bed lining are included in the cleaning fee. Washing machine and other facilities are available in the building upon request. Adding to that, the location of the apartment is absolutely perfect: about 2 minutes away from the metro, within walking distance of all main tourist attractions and right in the borders of the charming bohemian neighbourhood of Vila de Gracia.
Adding to that, the location of the apartment is absolutely perfect: next to the intersection of the main avenues of the city - Paseo de Gracia and Diagonal -, within walking distance of some of the most famous tourist attractions and just 2 minutes away from the metro station Diagonal (L3/L5), very well connected to the rest of the city.
There are bus stops right in front of the apartment, as well as taxi stops. Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas de Catalunya and Casa Batló are only about 10 minutes away, La Pedrera is only four – the best possible location! Even Camp Nou is easily accessed by metro - in less than half an hour.The apartments are in between Paseo de Gracia - the city's fancy main shopping street – and the charming, local and bohemian neighborhood of Vila de Gracia.
