Perfect for three, your very modern corporate apartment is amazingly located in the middle of the CBD's cafe, restaurant and shopping district. It is inside a classic, older, Melbourne CBD building with a security entrance. The living area windows overlook Flinders Lane below.

This is a two-bedroom apartment: with a queen bed and a single bed/day bed; (all the robes are in the queen bedroom) and there is also a very comfortable fold-out bed in the large ottoman in the living area if needed. This apartment doesn't have aircon, but it is really well protected, and doesn't seem to need it. Opening windows allow a cross breeze through the rooms. Heating is more than adequate.

CBD Little Paris is located amongst some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. The tram stops are just 100m away. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. Everyday shops, services, banks & ATMS and all your everyday needs are catered for nearby.

Your swish Melbourne boutique, serviced apartment includes very modern, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and kitchen. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.

Car parking is available nearby for a small fee. Monthly rates are as little as about $11/day.

MINIMUM STAYS:

All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

Getting around

The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Little Paris, trams are only 90 metres away on Swanston St or down Degraves St on Flinders Lane. You can cross the road to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further.

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
