Description
La dimora storica Villa Longo mette a disposizione un grande appartamento al suo interno che consiste in un elegante alloggio per 8/9 persone in uno spazio di circa 700- 800 mq diviso in due piani: al piano terra un portico di più di 200 mq sul quale si affacciano un ampio salone, una cucina, una grande sala da pranzo e due bagni di servizio di recente ristrutturazione.
Al primo piano, a destra dello scalone, .sono a disposizione 4 camere da letto, una camera per bambini e due bagni di recentissima ristrutturazione.
La Villa è una dimora estiva per cui non vi è un sistema di riscaldamento centrale.
Una piscina scoperta e non riscaldata di 16,67 metri di lunghezza per 4,80 m di larghezza, è a disposizione degli ospiti attorniata da un ampio giardino pieno di fiori.

Gli ospiti potranno godere dell'appartamento all'interno della Villa e dell'intero parco di 3 ettari circostante la casa.

Il paese di Faverzano è immerso nella tranquillità della campagna circostante pur essendo vicino all'autostrada A22 e A4 - casello di Manerbio a 8 km - e alla superstrada che porta al Lago di Garda.
La vacanza è perfetta per chi di giorno vuole visitare i laghi di Garda e d'Iseo e famose città d'arte come Brescia, Mantova, Verona, Parma, Piacenza, Bergamo, Milano, Verona. Vicenza, Padova e Venezia ed altre, per poi godere al proprio rientro alla sera della pace assoluta della campagna in un vasto spazio elegante e signorile.
Gli aeroporti più comodi per raggiungere Faverzano sono: Verona, Bergamo, Milano Linate o Venezia. Da qui si possono prendere sia il treno sia gli autobus di linea fino alla stazione ferroviaria di Brescia dove vi è un pullman di linea che arriva direttamente nel paese di Faverzano a due passi dalla Villa.
Attività sportive
Villa Longo si trova in un posto strategico per chi ama attività sportive come l'equitazione, - segnaliamo il Maneggio "al centro ippico Palasturla " a Manerbio a meno di dieci minuti di auto dalla villa; la vela - Lago di Garda e lago d'Iseo -, il ciclismo - proprio di fronte a casa parte una pista ciclabile che arriva nella città di Cremona.
Per le necessità alimentari consigliamo il centro commerciale " Le Robinie" che si trova a 6 km da Villa Longo e all'interno del quale, oltre ad un enorme supermercato, si trovano altri negozi tra cui un parrucchiere ed una lavanderia.

“Simply wonderful!!”
We booked this villa to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday with 3 families coming for the week. I have to say, this is probably the best villa I have ever booked; perfect for the nine of us. The owners are wonderful people who gave us a great introduction to this magical place, even driving my wife to show her the nearest shopping centre when we were enquiring about where we got supplies. The villa is perfect for those wanting to relax around the pool, read books on the downstairs promenade, or soak up the sun on the upstairs verandah. It is furnished tastefully and fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your time. We found the local village full of great friendly people we met either at the local shop or the festival which coincided with our visit. Perfectly located close to Milan and lake Garda, but also Verona (where we went to the opera in the Roman amphitheatre) actually Venice which is completely possible for a day trip. All in all, a simply wonderful place with great people. My mum says this is one of the best weeks she has had in her 70 years - for that we are deeply grateful to Beatrice and Paolo for allowing us to share this piece of Northern Italian Paradise.
